Scoring - Clock
The scorer is responsible for controlling the time, recording team fouls, keeping score on the scoreboard and alternating the possession arrow. They are also responsible for alerting the umpire (via the siren) of any requested substitutions or time outs, and notifying them when an individual player has 5 personal fouls and a team has 8 team fouls.
